Group Guidelines and Etiquette

Exhibitions can be viewed from Tuesday to Sunday between 10.00 and 18.00; group visits are also available by prior arrangement.

Guided tours and workshops need to be booked at least five days before the visit:

Please wait for the guide at the reception on the ground floor of MGLC Grad Tivoli or MGLC Švicarija, where you will also settle the admission fee.

Food and drink are not permitted in the gallery spaces and the same goes for larger bags and umbrellas.

You may not touch the exhibits.

Photographing and filming is usually permitted.

Toilets and cloakrooms are located in the gallery and on the ground floor of MGLC Grad Tivoli and the ground floor of MGLC Švicarija.

In Grad Tivoli, snacks can be consumed in the Lecture Hall. Food and drink are available at the café in Grad Tivoli and the bistro in Švicarija.

Accessibility

For visitors with disabilities and their carers, entrance to MGLC is free.

Movement within Grad Tivoli and Švicarija is facilitated by a lift. The toilets are located on the ground floor. The blind and partially sighted visitors can orient themselves with the help of a tactile map in Grad Tivoli and with tactile and audio guides in Švicarija.

We occasionally conduct adapted guided tours and workshops, sign language tours and prepare videos with adaptations for the deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors. We conduct these activities free of charge.
