Orange8

Orange8, the duo made up of Valentina Criscimanni and Sergio Ferrari, formed in Rome in 2010. After playing live shows for years, they released the EP "Turtle Bubble" on vinyl and as a digital download with a crowdfunding project in 2013.

In 2014, Orange8 left Rome and started travelling recording between Italy and the rest of Europe for the album "Let the Forest Sing", released in October 2016 by SceneMusic Records; an album that brought them to stages such as RomePsych Fest, Reset Festival, Mandrea Music Festival, Sajeta and opening for bands like Lou Rhodes (Lamb), C + C = Maxigross & Miles Cooper Seaton, Josephine Foster, TAU. They also played in Austria, Germany, Russia, Romania and Estonia.

In 2019, Orange8 released "Leafolution" as a self-production, numbered copies with handmade CD covers. They have travelled many miles and have played in all kinds of situations, from farms to beaches, theatres and streets, private houses ...

ORANGE8's is pure psych-folk, lysergic music born from the desire to travel, discover new worlds and get in touch with new cultures and moods.
