Ljubljana Family City Trail

The museums and galleries connected through the PovezujeM project — National Gallery of Slovenia, National Museum of Slovenia, Moderna galerija, National Museum of Contemporary History of Slovenia, and International Centre of Graphic Arts — in cooperation with Mala ulica – Centre for Children and Families in Ljubljana, have prepared a special experience for you: the City Trail!

When can I join the City Trail?

From 15 May to 15 June 2026, families are invited to explore the city in a fun and educational way. Follow the small wooden red-and-white houses placed around the city, which serve as your trail markers and guide you from Mala ulica to the museums and galleries participating in the PovezujeM project.

As you travel from one little house to the next, you will discover interesting facts about the participating institutions, solve fun challenges, and create unforgettable memories together.

How do I join the City Trail?

You can begin the City Trail at any point along the route. Simply approach the reception desk, ask for your City Journal, and earn your very first stamp.

Once you collect all six stamps from the participating organisations in your completed journal, you will receive a special reward — a free one-time family admission to all venues included in the City Trail project.
