Sara García Fernández: Moulding mourning mouths

Sara García Fernández is an artist in residence as part of the group of residency centres (Athens, Ljubljana, Madrid, Prague) “Sustainability is in the Air” (SAiR). She is working on a project that reflects on planetary grief through the coexistence and food ethics of multi-species. The project focuses on grains and bread, offering and hospitality, as well as climate change and the grief we experience for the irreversible loss of biodiversity.
