CANCELLED/FANA Collective (Yasmine Huleileh, Ahmed Al-Aqra): Deconstructing the Red, workshop
The workshop with the FANA Collective (Yasmine Huleileh, Ahmed Al-Aqra), due to take place on Thursday, 25 July, 17.00–19.00, at MGLC Švicarija, is unfortunately cancelled due to a force majeure.
The FANA Collective will deliver an online presentation with the close of their residency at the end of July. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The FANA collective from Ramallah, Palestine, is working on their experimental, multi-discursive publication Red Codex during their residency at MGLC Ljubljana. The collective is dedicated to challenging and deconstructing the assumed authority of truth and knowledge. The collective seeks to unravel the underlying processes by which truth and knowledge are appropriated and legitimised within our social and cultural frameworks. Their goal is to uncover the multiple origins of these processes so that their outcomes are no longer absolute references. Instead, they aim for individual recognition of the ongoing deconstruction and reconstruction that form a diverse basis for contextualisation.
